We are aware of a rare issue with the Xbox One version of the game that is prompting a few of our consumers who have purchased and downloaded additional content to reinstall the content when the Xbox One console is powered on. We are working with all parties involved to rectify this issue, which is dependent on several factors, and expect the update to be available in November.
In the meantime, we wanted to provide a workaround that may help with avoiding this issue until it can be fully addressed. We apologize for any inconvenience this is causing and are working as quickly as possible to rectify the issue.
For consumers that have experienced this issue, please try the following steps:
Change Power and start up settings:
NOTE: Please make sure to back out of the Power and startup menu to ensure your changes have taken effect. Do not select “Restart” in this menu after having made the above change as this could negate your change.
