A: To unlock the skin, the user must have signed into community.wbgames.com(this site), with your WBPlay(or WBID) account. As well as signing into the game with this same account
Q: I've signed in both places but still don't have the skin, what do i do now?
A: If the user's account is signed in both places, but the skin is still not unlocked, restart the game, and be patient, with the heavy amount of traffic there may be some delay.
Q: I'm unable to sign into WBPlay on the game due to region or age restrictions?
A: Please contact support, at support.wbgames.com for additional information.
Q: I'm an existing member at community.wbgames.com, do I need to do anything?
A: No action is needed for existing members to unlock the skin.
